Ryan Transportation Group has 4 different operating divisions. Each
division has its own compensation schedule. Listed below are the
compensation schedules for each of the different companies
CAVALIER CARTAGE:
This is a city cartage division that pays its company drivers on an hourly
basis. This division is also a member of the Teamsters union, and has an
excellent benefit package.
INDUSTRIAL SWITCHING:
The rate of pay for this division is based on a per move basis and varies
from account to account. This division is also a member of the Teamsters
Union and has the same benefit package as Cavalier Cartage.
AUTO EXPEDITING:
This is our small truck, owner operator division. The trucks are either
small 1 ton vans or units up to, and including, 24 foot straight trucks.
These brokers are paid a percentage of the revenue the load generates.
AXI-ROAD:
This is our tractor trailer owner-operator division. The rate of pay is
based on a per mile rate. We do not force dispatch, and we also have
weekend work available for those owner-operators who wish to earn extra
income. We utilize both 48 and 53 foot vans and supervans in our
operation. We also require a minimum of 2 years experience and a good
driving record.
